Wow! Arbor & Acre really shined today. The guys came and removed 2 large pine trees that were leaning towards my daughters upstairs bedroom making me nervous. They were very confident and provided the service they said they would. I will use Arbor & Acre again and recommend these guys. Price was not the lowest but I felt very secure having Austin’s team do my tree work. Thanks again for all of your hard work.
Arbor & Acre did an excellent job for us! Of the three companies that gave us estimates, theirs was the best price. Mark was always quick to respond and flawless in careful coordination of times. The entire crew was polite, fast working, and respectful of surrounding plants and buildings. The team cleared and cleaned the area beautifully when done and even shut the gate behind themselves. We had Arbor & Acre take down and remove five Sweet Gum trees in our back yard. Mark and his team were great and an absolute pleasure to work with! Estimate provided Monday, 1 large tree removed, 6 trees trimmed, and small vegetation cleaned up and chipped on the following Wednesday. Logs removed before noon on Thursday. Quality service at a very competitive price. Very little damage done to yard. Highly recommend Chris and his crew. Great Job
We had a large poplar tree that was storm and termite damaged and risked our home and shed. Arbor & Acre safely put this super large gnarly tree on the ground! Amazing crew!!! They worked with us to keep the cost down and get the job done safely without any damage to our property! Very pleased with their work and ability to do such a hazardous job. We have hired Arbor & Acre on two occasions, most recently when we needed two pine trees removed in the front yard. Austin gave us a fair quote, as compared to others; Nathan and the team showed up on time and quickly got the job done with no damage some other nearby prized trees in your yard; Sergio was next to remove the trees and debris - quickly removed, even raked up the yard; Bart came next to grind the stumps with his remote controlled grinder, which grinds way down below the surface and we we will be able to replant in those areas soon. This team is always a pleasure to work with, did a great job, professional and friendly, and will continue to use them if we need anything done in the future. From the moment I met Hunter for an estimate. To the moment I met Justin & his team that removed 3 over grown trees. Cleaning up as they did each tree. To the end when I met Bart the stump grinding guy. All were respectful, professional & I recommend them. The owner Austin Reed should be very proud of this team that came to do this work at my house. Can't say enough good things about Arbor & Acre! They responded promptly to my inquiry, met me at my house, gave me a price, and took down this big tree the same day. The stump was huge, and the grinding was perfect. They cleaned up everything! You would never have known they were there. Tree removal in Atlanta is a hassle, but every part of working with Arbor & Acre made the process a LOT less painful! From the removal to the stump grind, the pricing was fair and the team was efficient and professional! Sadly, I have had to use their services several times, but I love them and would highly recommend! Hopefully, I won't have to use them again!
Great experience. Punctual for both the estimate and the service provided. Very reasonable prices. The work was performed quickly and efficiently. They were very clean and organized. Didn't leave a huge mess for me to clean up. The gentleman that grinded the stumps was also very professional and efficient.
Our family’s favorite maple tree came down during a late evening weekend storm. We awoke to the damage on Sunday morning. Mark Callahan responded to us at 7:45am Sunday morning and had a 7-person crew at our house just over 24 hours later. The urgency was important to avoid further damage. The crew was professional, respectful, and were helpful to our neighbors, who also sustained damage from the tree. The crew even heeded my request to be very careful with our adjacent shrubs. They did a really fantastic job - exceeded expectations. We are so sad about the tree, but appreciate the quick turnaround, careful crew, and reasonable price.
The Arbor & Acre 4 man crew was very careful, thorough, and efficient taking down four 50’ tall willow trees. These were leaning and had to be controlled as the were taken down to avoid damaging other trees. They stacked up the wood in a neat pile as part of the project. Highly recommend them.
Bart, Taylor and their crew were so professional and courteous. They did an excellent job on removing three trees along with a bunch of trimming of other trees in our neighborhood for the HOA. I couldn't recommend them more highly. We'd had a lot of rain prior to the work, but they were great about not damaging any grass, and they cleaned up thoroughly when done. Overall highly satisfied with the experience and results.

The difference between a good and a great company is how they respond if there's an issue. I can tell you by experience that Arbor & Acre is a GREAT company to do business with. While removing my trees, parts of the driveway were cracked. This wasn't notice until I returned from a 2 week vacation, and I had paid in full too. I talked to the owner, Chris, and he said it would get fixed, and it did. It's very rare something like this would occur, but you can rest assured if, by the chance it did, SST will stand behind their work. Thanks, Chris, for having one of the few GREAT companies in the area.
This company had sent fliers out in the mail to our area (Crawford County. Ga.) After seeing them do service with 4 of our neighbors, I got them to come over and cut some big limbs that were growing over our house. This crew (the boss called them the A team) were all hard working, fast and efficient professionals. They did an exceptional job. They made what I considered to be a hard dangerous thing look easy. All around 5 stars for Arbor & Acre. From the moment I connected with Austin he was professional, knowledgeable, and proactive. We had a HUGE 200-year-old Poplar that was in the front of our building sandwiched between power lines and our condo building with very limited access for the crew to remove and they were able to remove in one day at a competitive price. Being right off Peachtree street in a very heavily trafficked neighborhood Austin was able to coordinate with Georgia Power and save us time and money by providing extra crew, starting early AM, and completing the job in one day. I truly do not know how they did it! Austin and Justin and the whole crew were a pleasure to work with. Incredibly nice, hardworking, friendly, and professional would highly recommend for any tree removal, etc needs!
My experience with Arbor & Acre was great! The crew showed up and started work exactly at the time I was given. I had 15 Leeland cypress trees cut down and hauled off in 7 hours by a crew of 4 people. Very efficient and took great care of my property. I plan on recommending them to some friends looking to have tree work done.
These guys are the real deal! Super efficient, honest, dependable and did a fantastic job for us. We had a massive 100 year old oak that started uprooting headed down. Chris was on site within an hour of my call, mobilized his team by 7 am the next morning and had the tree down by 1:00. From the initial scheduling call, down to the last twig cleaned up, these folks did what they said they were going to do and did it with honesty, transparency, and integrity. The pricing was good and they did not take any shortcuts and did the job right.
